|08:00, 16:00||Lorikeet Feeding||
Every day at 8am and 4pm, you can enjoy the experience of feeding several wild lorikeets. These colourful birds are not shy of humans and like to eat right from your hands or take a rest on your head and shoulders. These are the birds which founded the sanctuary 70 years ago and generations later they still know the exact time and place to come feed. With no entry to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary required, this amazing experience is free to watch and a gold coin donation for feeding.
|10:00||Pelican and Eel Show||
An underrated show, the Pelican and Eel feeding offers something unique. Completely wild, the pelicans and giant eels have learnt what time feeding is to come along the banks of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy an informative session from the feeders whilst a large group of slimy eels and big beaked birds await a meal.
|10:15, 12:30, 13:30||Blinky Bill's Backyard||
Kids of all ages will love our new show 'Blinky Bill's Backyard'. It is a fun, interactive, fast-paced show that will have everyone singing, dancing and most importantly learning that conservation starts in your own backyard.
Blinky will introduce some of his wildlife friends and share cool fun facts about them during the show.
The show will encourage the audience to reduce, reuse and recycle, and to take good care of the world we live in and remind them, that if you are there for wildlife, then wildlife will be there for you.
|10:45||Big Fang Theory||
This show introduces the audience to an array of venomous snakes and reptiles, where you can see some of Australia's deadliest reptiles up close.
There's also an opportunity to get a photo with the friendlier ones if you dare!
Get the true blue Australian outback experience as our "Gun Shearer" shares a yarn and a few laughs while shearing a Marino woolly sheep.
This show is very popular with our international visitors and is a must see for the whole family. After the show, take the opportunity to meet our Gun Shearer and his working dog.
Stick around after the 2pm show and you can even have your photo taken holding a snake!
|11:45, 14:15||Wildshkies - Free Flight Bird Show||
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary's brand new free flight bird show - WildSkies will open on New Year's Day in a purpose-built stadium. WildSkies introduces audiences to the majestic world of flight - taking a journey through the past, present and into the future.
Meet some of Australia's most beautiful species of birds including the largest bird of prey in Australia -the Wedge-tailed eagle, the Australian Pelican, along with colourful parrots and birds of prey.
Marvel at the beauty of these birds as they free-fly across the audience in a wonderful display set against the Sanctuary's natural environment. Make sure you hang around at the end of the show to have your photo taken with a bird of prey!
At almost five metres in length, Boss Hog is Currumbin's biggest salt water crocodile resident.
Come and learn about him and his girlfriend Lilly, along with our fresh water crocodiles.
After the show, take the opportunity to have your photo taken holding a baby saltwater crocodile or Alligator.

Bilbies are shy creatures native to Australias desert regions. They are nocturnal animals and are endangered in Queensland and vulnerable nationally
Lorikeet Feeding - enjoy the experience of feeding several wild lorikeets. These colourful birds are not shy of humans and like to eat right from your hands or take a rest on your head and shoulders
Their short, strong limbs and large claws make them excellent diggers. Echidnas use this skill to find termites, ants and other soil creatures to eat. The electric pulses in their sensitive beak allow them to locate them. Because they have no teeth, they use their long sticky tongue to collect food.
The Ring-tailed Lemur is highly social, living in 'troops' led by a dominant female. They use their long, vividly striped, black-and-white tails like a flag so members of the troop can keep a track of where everyone is when travelling along the ground.
The Red Panda lives high in the treetops of the Himalayas. They enjoy their alone time as they are shy and solitary by nature. Over the past 50 years, the Red Panda population has decreased by 40% with a current estimated rate of decline of 10% per year due to deforestation and poaching.
Explore Lost Valley and watch as free-flying birds from China, Indonesia, Brazil and even the Maldives nest high in the trees.
Lost Valley is home to incredible exotic species including some amazing reptiles! Try to make eye contact with the Veiled Chameleon - each eye can move and focus independently.
