● If you cancel between 0 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

4 FAQ
You are going on a jetboat so you are going to get wet anyway… so if it is raining YES it still operate. The Service Provider do very closely watch the real-time weather radars and if there is any chance of dangerous weather then they may delay or cancel trips.
Nothing. Unfortunately you are not permitted to take anything onboard, for two reasons.
1) you need to hold on at all times.
2) If someone drops something and it hits you in the head that would be dangerous.

The ticket office have storage boxes where you can store all of your belongings that are locked and under CCTV while you are on your ride.
Unfortunately you are not permitted to take anything onboard. Even if you have mounts or body straps they can not go onboard.
