● The Service Provider shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond their control.
● The Service Provider retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus types and configurations, fares adjustments, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur.
● No luggage storage facilities are provided on Day Tours it is recommended guest bring a small daypack no bigger than 5kg.
● Towel, locker, and robe is available to hire on site (*extra cost at own expense).
● Please note that the mineral rich water in the pools may discolour light coloured bathers.
● Street apparel such as jeans and cargo shorts are not appropriate items to be worn in the pools.

● It is against the law to sell or supply liquor to anyone under the age of 18 years old in Australia. It is strongly recommend that travelers who are 18 years old and over please bring a valid photo ID (a valid passport, drivers licence, or proof of age card) which can prove your age when dining / travelling.

-Malignant tumours and cancerous conditions
-Liver, kidney and circulation disorders
-Conditions presenting the high risk of haemorrhaging
-Anaemic conditions
-Congestive heart failure, recent stroke, or recent heart attack

● The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask guest to sign a waiver form prior to entry, that indicates guest has been informed of all the information.
● Recommend all guests have travel insurance and should be taken out at the time of booking prior to tour departure.

-Travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation
