How to get there ● By Car
Mandurah Boardwalk jetty which is located in front of the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre; approximately 72km south of perth, takes about 1 hour;
- Free and time-limited parking is available in Mandurah
- Caravan/coach parking is available at the rear of the Mandurah Visitor Centre

● By Public Transport (Travelling from Perth)
Trains depart from Perth Underground stations approximately every 20 minutes, then a Transperth bus service operates from the Mandurah Train Station to the foreshore. You can catch one of two Transperth buses operating this service from the Train Station, on a loop via the Mandurah Forum to the Mandurah foreshore. Look for Bus no. 588, which does the loop clockwise and Bus no. 589 which travels anti-clockwise.

The closest Bus Stop is Mandurah Tce Before Cooper St.

Mandurah is Western Australia's second-largest city, situated under an hour from Perth. Best known for its spectacular waterways, Mandurah offers a unique blend of canals, estuaries, rivers and oceans, all populated with stunning marine life.

WA's largest population of Bottlenose Dolphins are like part of the family in Mandurah. The Peel-Harvey Estuary is also home to more than 130 different species of birds, including many rare migratory shorebirds. The Peel-Yalgroup Wetland is recognised as a site of international significance under the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands.

Spot playful wild dolphins as they feed, rest and play in their natural environment. Mandurah is home to Western Australia's largest population of residential Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins – around 120 dolphins reside here!

 

Renowned for being one of Australia's oldest fishing towns, Mandurah's waterways produce some of the most highly prized seafoods including the blue swimmer crab and Western Rock Lobster. Watch as our your tour guide showcases how to catch these iconic creatures and see them up close in the onboard live tank.

 

Explore the city's 20+ kilometres of illustrious canals, framed with luxurious homes and then cruise into the region's vast wetlands, protected by the United Nations as a natural site of worldwide importance.Here you can use the binoculars to look for pelicans, ospreys, black swans and other water birds.

 

Along the way you will also see significant heritage protected landmarks and important cultural sites that still stand today.

 

Kids (and kids at heart), help the Captain drive from the custom steering wheel at the front of the boat.
