● Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg.

● On Rottnest Island, in the event of high wind above the seaplane take-off and landing crosswind limit, an alternative landplane from Rottnest Island to Jandakot Airport will be arranged.

● It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can restrict seaplane transfers.

● All tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers.

● Service provider reserves the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

● Cancellation of tour spaces and refund on compassionate grounds will be at the discretion of service provider.

● Passengers are strongly recommended to arrange their own travel insurance.

● Baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5kg per person. Luggage is weighed at check in. Additional luggage can be transported to Rottnest Island at an additional cost subject to ferry luggage charges.
