Getting Here
- Fly via major capital cities to Hervey Bay airport (QANTAS + Virgin Australia operate flights daily).
- Pick-up from selected Hervey Bay accommodation (between 14:00 to 15:00) or make your own way to the Ticket Hut in River Heads for check-in by no later than 15:00.
- The cruise to Fraser Island takes approximately 45 minutes across the Great Sandy Strait.
Island Arrival
- Friendly Cool Dingo tour guide will greet you off the ferry, before join the group for the ultimate sunset experience along the western beach!
- Start tour off the Fraser Island way, with a complimentary welcome drink^ at The Sunset Bar and bask in that golden glow.
- Then it's time to check into the Wilderness Lodges accommodation^^ and enjoy a buffet dinner the Dingo Bar.
(Whilst The Sunset Bar, your luggage will have been delivered to your lodge).
