Check-in requirements If you are making your own way to the boarding terminal, please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to the departure time to exchange for ticket/boarding pass before proceeding to the boarding terminal. Regrettably, failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking and it cannot be refunded or transferred.

● Please note that whilst Service Provider is delighted to welcome well-behaved children on board the vessels/cruising restaurants, Service Provider does not provide high chairs due to safety reasons. If have infants, like an airline, customer must book and pay the relevant price and declare at time of booking, as they must be included in the manifest. If infants are booked, Service Provider will facilitate extra space for stroller or pram on request.

● Magistic Cruises offers a buffet menu on our dinner cruises. Service Provider do not offer special dietary menus. The buffet menu is designed to cater for the majority of guest expectations. The menu items are labelled and includes a choice for vegetarian, halal and gluten-free.

● As all the dishes are prepared in Service Provider's on board galley, Service Provider cannot give 100% guarantee that certain ingredients will not be in the dishes e.g. nuts etc.

● For serious food allergies, Service Provider request customers to make their own decision on selecting dishes from the buffet. Service Provider's staff comments are only to assist customer in choosing dishes, however, the final decision must rest with customer. The company explicitly accepts no liability.

● Beverages available for purchase: Service begins from boarding and stops 15 minutes prior to the end of cruise.

● Service Provider reserves the right, if consider necessary (for example, due to mechanical breakdown, for safety reasons or weather conditions), to substitute vessels without notice (including any vessels of a third party), deviate from a vessels advertised route, change any menu, service, schedule, program, performance or cruise fare. Service Provider will endeavour to provide a similar quality vessel, route, menu, service, schedule, program, performance or cruise fare (as the case may be) in these circumstances. In such circumstances, Service Provider will not be liable for customer's direct or indirect loss, or to refund any fares or portions of fares, nor will Service Provider be liable for any other damage, loss, expense, loss of time, disappointment, inconvenience, or any other consequential loss suffered by customer.

● Requests from guests for dietary requirements (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board the cruises will be politely declined, as the kitchen teem prepares the meals in the onboard kitchens. As cater for large number of customers in a relatively smell meal time, it is not practical for Service Provider to accommodate to such requests within the given time frame All of the cruises have at least on vegetarian menu option for seated & served menus. Buffet menus also offer vegetarian choice. Service Provider cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, diary, etc) will not be in the food, and Service Provider explicitly accept no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies customer must make own decisions on selecting meals. Service Provider's staffs comments are only to assist customer in making an informed decision.

● Cruises operate on busy waterways and are subject to the risks and perils of cruising on such watervvays including loss, damage and injury arising out of or in connection with changing tidal and weather conditions and the navigation of other craft. To the extent permissible by law, Service Provider will not be responsible in tort, contract or otherwise for any loss or damage arising out of injury or death sustained by customer or any other
passenger, howsoever arising and whether or not arising as a result of Service Provider's negligence or failure to render due care and skill. Customer enter into this agreement and book and travel on the cruises at customer's own risk. If however any guarantees, terms, conditions or warranties are implied into this agreement by any law of the
Commonwealth or New South Wales, the exclusion of which would contravene that law or cause part or all of this clause to be void, then to the extent permissible by law:
-Service Provider exclude all other guarantees, terms, conditions and warranties; and
-Service Provider's liability for breach of such guarantee, term, condition or warranty is limited to the supply of the relevant cruise again or the cost of re-supplying the cruise.

● Service Provider exclude all liability for any loss or damage to clothing or personal items/belongings howsoever arising and whether or not Service Provider's liability arises in tort, contract or otherwise.

● Some of the tours, products and cruises Service Provider operates may be considered dangerous and customer should be aware of the risks involved before participating, which may include injury or death. Where the tours, products and cruises include activities that could be considered dangerous, customer assume all of the inherent risks which are applicable to those activities. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude customer from participating in activities and customer is responsible for confirming customer's ability to participate. Customer must use caution when participating in activities and inform Service Provider of any medical or other conditions.

● Service Provider may contract or arrange for third parties to provide the whole or part of the cruise and any related services to customer. Customer must not bring any claims or actions against such third parties.

● Customer must not bring any alcohol or illegal substances onto the vessel. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse customer entry to the vessel, or to require customer to disembark from the vessel, including due to customer's intoxication or for the safety of other passengers or the vessel.

● It is against the law to sell or supply liquor to anyone under the age of 18 years old in Australia. Travellers who travel with children under 18 years, please book products without alcohol items. It is strongly recommend that travellers who are 18 years old and over please bring a valid photo ID (a valid passport, drivers licence, or proof of age card) which can prove your age when dining/travelling.

● The Cruise company strictly adheres to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and house policies are strictly enforced:
-Intoxicated guests will not be permitted access to board the vessel. Intoxicated passengers will be removed from the vessel by the Captain, and if required with the assistance of water police.
-No activity that encourages excessive alcohol consumption is permitted
-Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests
-The Cruises do not serve 'shots' or 'doubles'
-Alcohol service to minors is not permitted
-No guest is permitted to bring or remove alcohol from the vessel
-Please respect the residential neighbourhood when disembarking the vessel
