Check-in requirements Please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to the departure time to exchange for ticket/boarding pass before proceeding to the boarding terminal. ● The Service Provider operates two glass boats on Sydney Harbour, either of these vessels could be scheduled at the Service Provider's discretion to operate any of the Service Provider's regular ticketed cruises.
● No guests below the age of 18 are permitted, including infants.
● Cruise duration includes boarding time.
● Odd number bookings (e.g. 1, 3, 5, 7 guests) may be subject to shared tables.
● Strictly NO BYO food or beverages.
● Beverage service for the duration of the cruise: service begins from boarding (a selection of beer, wine & soft drinks) and stops 15 minutes prior to the end of cruise.

● This product is not suitable for travelers under 18 years old. It is against the law to sell or supply liquor to anyone under the age of 18 years old in Australia. It is strongly recommend that travelers who are 18 years old and over please bring a valid photo ID (a valid passport, drivers licence, or proof of age card) which can prove your age when dining / travelling.
● Customer must not bring any alcohol or illegal substances onto the vessel. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse customer entry to the vessel, or to require customer to disembark from the vessel, including due to customer's intoxication or for the safety of other passengers or the vessel.
● The Cruise company strictly adheres to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and house policies are strictly enforced:
-Intoxicated guests will not be permitted access to board the vessel. Intoxicated passengers will be removed from the vessel by the Captain, and if required with the assistance of water police.
-No activity that encourages excessive alcohol consumption is permitted;
-Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests;
-The Cruises do not serve 'shots' or 'doubles';
-Alcohol service to minors is not permitted;
-No guest is permitted to bring or remove alcohol from the vessel;
-Please respect the residential neighbourhood when disembarking the vessel.

● The Service Provider reserves the right, if consider necessary (for example, due to mechanical breakdown, for safety reasons or weather conditions), to substitute vessels without notice (including any vessels of a third party), deviate from a vessels advertised route, change any menu, service, schedule, program, performance or cruise fare. The Service Provider will endeavour to provide a similar quality vessel, route, menu, service, schedule, program, performance or cruise fare (as the case may be) in these circumstances. In such circumstances, the Service Provider will not be liable for customer's direct or indirect loss, or to refund any fares or portions of fares, nor will the Service Provider be liable for any other damage, loss, expense, loss of time, disappointment, inconvenience, or any other consequential loss suffered by customer.
● Requests from guests for dietary requirements (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board the cruises will be politely declined, as the kitchen teem prepares the meals in the onboard kitchens. As cater for large number of customers in a relatively smell meal time, it is not practical for the Service Provider to accommodate to such requests within the given time frame All of the cruises have at least on vegetarian menu option for seated & served menus. Buffet menus also offer vegetarian choice. The Service Provider cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, diary, etc) will not be in the food, and the Service Provider explicitly accept no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies customer must make own decisions on selecting meals. The Service Provider's staffs comments are only to assist customer in making an informed decision.
● All cruises operate on busy waterways and are subject to the risks and perils of cruising on such watervvays including loss, damage and injury arising out of or in connection with changing tidal and weather conditions and the navigation of other craft. To the extent permissible by law, the Service Provider will not be responsible in tort, contract or otherwise for any loss or damage arising out of injury or death sustained by customer or any other passenger, howsoever arising and whether or not arising as a result of the Service Provider's negligence or failure to render due care and skill. Customer enter into this agreement and book and travel on the cruises at customer's own risk. If however any guarantees, terms, conditions or warranties are implied into this agreement by any law of the Commonwealth or New South Wales, the exclusion of which would contravene that law or cause part or all of this clause to be void, then to the extent permissible by law:
-The Service Provider exclude all other guarantees, terms, conditions and warranties; and
-The Service Provider's liability for breach of such guarantee, term, condition or warranty is limited to the supply of the relevant cruise again or the cost of re-supplying the cruise.
● The Service Provider exclude all liability for any loss or damage to clothing or personal items/belongings howsoever arising and whether or not the Service Provider's liability arises in tort, contract or otherwise.
● Some of the tours, products and cruises the Service Provider operates may be considered dangerous and customer should be aware of the risks involved before participating, which may include injury or death. Where the tours, products and cruises include activities that could be considered dangerous, customer assume all of the inherent risks which are applicable to those activities. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude customer from participating in activities and customer is responsible for confirming customer's ability to participate. Customer must use caution when participating in activities and inform the Service Provider of any medical or other conditions.
● The Service Provider may contract or arrange for third parties to provide the whole or part of the cruise and any related services to customer. Customer must not bring any claims or actions against such third parties.
