The Water

Water has long been harnessed to encourage physical and emotional wellbeing across many different cultures.

High in mineral content, the water comes straight from the earth's core and is estimated to be over 10,000 years old. Peninsula Hot Springs is a filtration hot spring with waters rising from 637 metres below the earth's surface.

The naturally occurring minerals in the geothermal waters offer benefits including stress and blood pressure reduction, detoxification, rehabilitation of muscles and joints and sleep improvement.
