Secure Parking offer two great parking stations close to King Street Wharf. 1. King Street Wharf Parking on Shelley Street is the closest parking available. 2. Another nearby parking station is 321 Kent Street with an approximate five minute walk to King Street Wharf.

Check-in requirements Please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to the departure time to exchange for ticket/boarding pass before proceeding to the boarding terminal. Failure to arrive before this time will most likely be classified as no-show and result in forfeiting the booking and it cannot be refunded or transferred.
What to bring/wear ● Dress code
- Strongly encourage the dress code for this cruise as smart casual or formal. Thongs and singlets strictly not allowed.
- Female passengers are encouraged to dress up and shorts are not allowed.
- Males are encouraged to bring a dinner jacket. Shorts, singlets and thongs are strictly not allowed.

Other info ● Special Dietary Requirements

- If you have any special dietary requirements, please advise at the time of reservation. It is not guaranteed that the requirements will be meet however we will pass them onto the Cruise company.

- Requests for dietary (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions and modifications of menus on board the cruises will be politely declined, as the vessel has an on board kitchen and the kitchen team is required to serve the menus within a required time period, of the respective cruises. All cruises have at least one vegetarian menu option for seated & served menus and buffets also offer vegetarian choice. The Cruise company cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and the company explicitly accepts no liability in this regard. For serious food allergies you must make your own decisions on selecting meals. The staff’s comments are only to assist you in making an informed decision.

● Vessels
There are two authentic paddlewheelers operate on regular nightly Sydney Showboat Dinner Cruise. Your reservation on the night, will be allocated to either of these two vessels at the company’s discretion. Your group will be allocated individual reserved tables.

● Child Onboard
- Children under the age of 16, cruising on our vessels, must always be under the supervision of their accompanying adults at all times. Under no circumstances, should children be allowed to run around inside the vessel or on the outer decks or lean over balustrades. It is the obligation of the parents/guardians to uphold the safety of the children cruising with them. It is extremely important for parents/guardians to ensure that their guests below the age of 16 are always well behaved, so as not to impact the enjoyment of any other guests onboard.

- High chairs are not provided due to safety reasons. If you have infants, like an airline, you must book and pay the relevant price and declare at time of booking, as they must be included in the manifest. If infants are booked, the staff will facilitate extra space for stroller or pram on request.

- There are no baby-changing facilities on board

● Odd number bookings (e.g.1, 3, 5, 7 guests) may be subject to shared tables

● Photography of the show is strictly prohibited

● Cruise program and schedule is subject to change

● The Cruise company strictly adheres to NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and house policies are strictly enforced
- Intoxicated guests will not be permitted access to board the vessel. Intoxicated passengers will be removed from the vessel by the Captain, and if required with the assistance of water police.
- No activity that encourages excessive alcohol consumption is permitted
- Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests
- The Cruises do not serve ‘shots’ or ‘doubles’
- Alcohol service to minors is not permitted
- No guest is permitted to bring or remove alcohol from the vessel
- Please respect the residential neighbourhood when disembarking the vessel.
