Mainland terminal Parking: - Parking fees apply. Pre-booking is advised ● By Public Transport Unfortunately there is no direct public transport available. Fraser One Day Explorer Tour Depart Hervey Bay
This one day adventure begins with a pick-up from selected Hervey Bay accommodation (between 07:00 to 08:00) or make your own way to the Ticket Hut in River Heads for check-in by no later than 08:00. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for playful dolphins, turtles or the elusive dugong during the 30 minutes cruise across the Great Sandy Marine Park.
Your guide will be a Fraser Island expert with local knowledge and a passion for the island. On this adventurous day out, you'll drive across sand tracks to explore some of the most beautiful, natural spots and listen to fascinating facts about the island's history, fauna and flora. The custom designed 4WD buses are airconditioned for your comfort and fitted with panoramic windows.
